Streets Alive Grants Program – Stream One

This program aims to fund for community capacity and capability building, research and design and low-cost street interventions. It is one of the funding streams of the Streets Alive Grants Program which seeks to support collaborative projects that improve the safety of WA local roads by making them more vibrant and people-friendly.

Regional Arts WA – Next Level Fellowships

This program aims to support young and emerging regional artists and arts workers to build skills so they can develop and sustain an arts career in the regions.

Game on, Girls Grant Program

This program aims to increase participation and improve retention in sport among teenage girls aged 13 to 17 years by funding community-led initiatives that reduce barriers to entry and sustain engagement.

Community Stewardship Grants Program

This program aims to facilitate the conservation and sustainable management of the State's natural resources by supporting local community groups to undertake stewardship of natural resources in their local area

Keep Australia Beautiful WA (KABWA) – Community Litter Grants

This program aims to provide financial support to communities and organisations for the implementation of projects which make lasting changes that reduce litter and change littering behaviour. It encourages integrated litter prevention projects, incorporating education, and engagement as key elements and are consistent with the KAB WA's Litter Prevention Strategy for Western Australia.

Arts Short Notice Activity Program (Arts SNAP)

This program aims to support the growth of a vibrant sector that promotes the participation and active engagement of Western Australian artists and arts workers in high quality arts and cultural opportunities. Its key focus is to support applicants to respond to and capitalise on short notice, career building opportunities.

Contemporary Music Fund Development Program

This program aims to support career changing opportunities for individuals, bands and music industry professionals, providing funding for professional development, sector development, international, national, and regional touring/showcasing opportunities, and recording and promotional activities.

Let's Grow Grants

This program aims to recognise the vital role that schools and community groups can play in urban greening. There are two streams available:
Stream 1 (Small projects): Between $500 and $10,000
Stream 2 (large projects): Between $10,001 and $100,000

KidSport

This program aims to support children aged five to 18 years of age (inclusive) from low-income families and at-risk groups to participate in community sport. Its primary objective is to reduce the financial barrier of participation in community sport for low-income families.

Farm Debt Mediation Scheme (WA)

This program aims to assist farm/pastoral businesses and financial institutions resolve disagreements when the parties fall into dispute about the businesses financial arrangements. Its objective is to provide a method for farm/pastoral businesses and financial institutions to resolve disputes relating to the terms and conditions of a loan contract and associated commercial debt through mediation which is low cost, impartial and confidential.

Creative Organisations Multiyear Funding Programs

This program aims to support longstanding, high achieving small-to-medium arts, cultural and creative organisations in Western Australia essential to the ecology for sustained impact.

Boarding Away from Home Allowance (BAHA)

This program aims to provide financial assistance to parents and guardians when children are required to board away from home or live in a second home away from their primary residence to attend a Western Australian school from Kindergarten to Year 12.

Shark Deterrent Rebate

This program aims to provide a rebate to Western Australian residents that purchase a scientifically-proven and approved personal shark deterrent device.

WA Treebate Program

This program aims to encourage Western Australians to plant native trees on their properties.

Spacecubed Innovative Society Fund – Lotterywest IdeaStarter

This program aims to support early stage ideas, and help entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey cross the chasm between idea and market adoption with a small amount of startup capital. It is one of the three streams of the Innovative Society Initiative Fund, supported by Lotterywest, which aims to build a stronger culture of innovation in Western Australia.

  • Incorporated associations

  • Companies limited by guarantee

  • Co-operatives

  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander organisations (or registered community services that are governed and operated by a Western Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander community

Healthway – Healthy Communities Program

This program aims to fund a range of health promotion activities and campaigns to promote and encourage healthy lifestyles for all Western Australians.

Jobs and Skills WA Employer Incentive

This program aims to increase apprenticeship and traineeship commencements by assisting employers to meet the costs of employing an apprentice or trainee. It provides financial assistance to Western Australian businesses who employ an apprentice or new entrant trainee, and who have lodged the training contract for registration, on or after 1 July 2019.

WA Travel and Accommodation Allowance (TAA)

This program aims to provide financial assistance to support off the job training being delivered to apprentices (including trainees, cadets and interns) who are, or would normally be, required to travel long distances to attend off the job training.

Tourism WA – Major Events Funding

This program aims to sponsor a range of major sporting, arts, cultural and culinary events in WA for locals and visitors to enjoy.

Applications must be submitted 12 months before the date of the event.

Community Child Care Fund (CCCF) – Special Circumstances Grant Opportunity

Amount: Not to exceed $150,000 per financial year

Eligibility:

  • Be a Child Care Subsidy approved provider

  • Be high risk of temporary/permanent closure

  • Seeking to commerce a new service in a community where another service has closed, resulting in a lack of childcare (market failure).
